Return & Cancellation

We want you to love your artwork. If something is not right, we will find a solution together.

Right of Withdrawal (EU customers) If you order within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item — without giving any reasons. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us before the 14-day period expires. We'll take care of the rest.

Return Period All customers have 14 days from the delivery of the last item of their order to request a return. Items must be in their original condition and original packaging.

How to initiate a return or cancellation Log in to your account at https://account.black-eyed-susie.org, go to your orders, and request the return or cancellation directly there.

If you ordered only with a phone number (without an email address), please use the return link in your SMS order confirmation — logging in via the account URL is not possible without an email address.

Cancellations You can cancel your order at any time as long as it has not yet been shipped. After shipment, the normal return process applies.

Return Shipping Costs The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered.

Refunds Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the amount to your original payment method within 10 business days. For free shipping, the standard shipping cost portion will also be refunded. Please note that your bank may require additional time for posting.

If no refund has been received after 15 business days since your return was approved, please contact Hello@black-eyed-susie.org.

Exceptions The following items cannot be returned: custom-made or personalized items, digital products, and items from our Final Sale collections (including Kindred Spirits). This does not affect your statutory rights as an EU consumer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Please check your order carefully upon receipt. If something is not right, contact us immediately at Hello@black-eyed-susie.org — we will resolve it quickly and easily.
